Sean founded illume Consulting after 20 years of experience with non-profits and churches. Being a student in Littleton, Colorado when the Columbine High School shootings happened, Sean was privileged to be an instrumental part in the recovery effort for area churches and students, which shaped his view of ministry and the urgency of making disciples of all nations. He has helped organize national events and church mobilization efforts with hundreds of churches participating or partnering together. He brings that diverse background to illume to see the Gospel of Jesus advance through the church, both in the building, but more importantly through the people.
Professional background: Sean has served or trained with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Samaritans Purse (Operation Christmas Child), Compassion international, been on denominational leadership, as well as full time roles at Dare 2 Share Ministries and multiple mid-size and large churches.
Educational Background: Sean has a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University.
Personal Info: Sean lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and 2 kids, loves to ski, mountain bike, surf, and drink a good cup of coffee (single-origin Guatemala out of a French Press).
