FOR EXISTING CHURCHES:

The illume Triple-Audit process is a great first step for existing churches who want to improve communications and systems to maximize disciple-making!

Here is what the illume Triple-Audit entails:

    1. Communications Audit: Evaluate messaging online and face to face, compared to vision and goals. We take a deep dive into your website, social media, mobile app, other channels like youtube and more.
    2. Processes/ Values Audit: Discovery meetings with staff and key leaders (video meetings). We do a lot of listening to flesh out your vision and unique hopes for how God wants you to reach your community and impact the world.  We also dive into how you accomplish assimilation and the people and processes that make it happen.
    3. Weekend Experience Audit: Secret visit to your church (assess communication, signage, focus points on assimilation, people interactions, and follow up).
    4. Present Triple-Audit findings + Recommendations for improvement. This is a list of methods, tactics, strategies, and processes that should keep the same, change, or overhaul to improve your assimilation and disciple-making (face to face).
    5. Continual coaching/execution to implement effectively. If desired, illume can execute many of the suggestions given in the audit. This includes website, social media, mobile app, print materials, videos, systems and sign ups, etc…
      The first 5 hours are included for free.

FOR NEW CHURCHES (WHO HAVE NOT LAUNCHED YET):

Set up your church process and systems from the get-go to make disciples most effectively, so you can focus on leading and teaching!

Steps in the illume process for new churches (who have not launched yet)

    1. Discovery meetings with staff and key leaders (video or face to face).
    2. Determine needed communication and marketing for an effective launch and first 6 months. This includes assessing needs for website, signage on property, volunteer placement,
    3. Present Communications + Marketing Launch plan. (video or face to face). This includes what is needed for your website, social media, handouts, or anything else to help spread the word to launch successfully and with momentum to carry you through the first 6 months.
    4. Coaching and Consulting to implement plan included (depending on need).

FOR SPECIAL CAMPAIGNS (Easter, Christmas, VBS, new building or build launch, etc…)

Special campaigns or events are great times to cast vision and re-engage your church.  They are perfect times to invite new people and spread the word about all God is doing in and through the people of your church.  illume can help make these special events and campaigns reach more people and grow your church. Here is what illume can help with:

    1. Build a strategic plan and calendar for a campaign launch.
    2. Determine needs for marketing and spreading the word.
    3. Determine processes for sign up and deeper involvement.
    4. Create those materials and processes and help order them (or assist staff with whatever is needed).
    5. Coach staff on making announcements and equipping your people.
